I offer personalised sleep support shaped by development, emotional wellbeing and family mental health - so you feel confident, supported and less overwhelmed.

Calmer nights are possible without ignoring your child.

You don’t need to do this alone

If sleep feels hard right now, you’re not doing anything wrong.

I support babies and toddlers with sleep in a responsive way, shaped by my background as an Occupational therapist working in perinatal mental health.

Together, we focus on helping your child feel safe and settled to sleep, while supporting you to feel confident and reassured - without ignoring your instincts

Ongoing, personalised support.

You don’t have to choose between responding to your child and improving sleep.

Hi I’m Lucy - an Occupational therapist working in perinatal mental health, and a mum of two.

I know how vulnerable sleep struggles can feel, both professionally and personally. I’ve seen how disrupted sleep affects not just nights, but confidence, mental health and family wellbeing as a whole.

That’s why my approach to sleep is responsive, developmentally informed and emotionally attuned. I work alongside families to support baby and toddler sleep in a way that feels safe, informed and sustainable - without asking parents to ignore their instincts.

How we work together

1- Whole 24-hour assessment

We begin with a detailed assessment of your baby’s sleep, feeding, routines and your family dynamic - because sleep at night doesn’t exist in isolation.

2 - Personalised sleep plan

A clear, realistic plan tailored to your child’s needs and development, as well as your parenting values.

3- Guided implementation

Ongoinbg support as you make changes, adapting as your child responds

4. Gentle, sustainable progress.

You understand what’s happening, why it’s happening and how to respond- without second-guessing yourself.

5. Calmer nights for the whole family

Sleep feels more settled, your home feels less tense and nights no longer feel so overwhelming.

Imagine evenings that feel lighter

  • Calmer bedtimes

  • Confidence in your plan

  • Clarity instead of second-guessing

  • A deeper understanding of your child’s needs

  • Support that feels sustainable for your whole family
